Our leadership team has gotten the final piece of the strategic puzzle, with the recent hire of Vice President of Sales, Andy Batchelor. Andy brings with him deep industry knowledge and expertise in the SaaS space.

Why Andy makes a great addition to 7bridges

Philip Ashton, CEO and co-founder of 7bridges, had this to say about our new sales leader:

“We’re delighted to have Andy joining the leadership team. He comes with a consistent track record of results and unrivalled industry knowledge. The addition of his skillset to the business will be vital for 7bridges to achieve our ambitious goals for 2023.”

With close to 30 years experience in sales, Andy’s career spans both the start-up and enterprise software space. He is passionate about hiring great talent and ensuring his teams are aligned on a common goal.

With previous roles including Director, Sales EMEA at Tableau, Vice President Sales, EMEA at Veeva Systems and most recently Vice President Sales, EMEA at Tracelink, Andy has a breadth of knowledge across many industries. His experience delivering go-to-market strategies and driving results speaks for itself and we’re excited to see the impact Andy will have here at 7bridges.

What does this mean for 7bridges?

Since joining the team, Andy has hit the ground running! With recent signings including Huel, Andy has already been supporting the team in building a strong pipeline for 2023.

Andy is passionate about helping businesses build smarter, outcome-driven supply chains and has been working with his team to really hone in on our strategy for driving that.

Andy had this to say: “I'm thrilled to be joining the very talented and extremely passionate 7bridges. As global supply chains continue to increase in complexity, the challenge of ensuring those supply chains are resilient and adaptable has grown exponentially. 7bridges is uniquely placed to help organisations optimise their supply chains and logistics, ensuring service levels are maintained and both cost and carbon emissions are reduced.

Working with a team that can deliver value to our customers and their consumers, as well as helping them make meaningful and immediate emission reductions is hugely satisfying. To be part of a fast-growing organisation that has the ability to change an industry, with benefits for all involved, is a rare opportunity and very exciting.”
