Only the CEO and COO are authorised to vary these terms or to sign contracts, purchase orders or any other sort of legal agreement on behalf of the company. It is the responsibility of the supplier to ensure that any agreement is signed only by these Company Officers. Any other signatures will not have the effect of creating a legally binding agreement regardless of terms.
